Basic CMS for my site

I need a basic content management system made for my website [login to view URL] as well as a few basic updates to the site made! I need to be able to update all features of the site by myself including all TEXT areas such as news, about us, faq etc. I also want to be able to swap out images under TOP EARNERS and add embeded videos in the TESTIMONIALS section.. I have NO background in programming or html or design so would like a simple system to be able to modify all of this when necessary!
