Blackberry Proxy Support

We're looking for somebody to write an application similar to proxychains ([url removed, login to view]) to allow us to redirect web traffic from a blackberry through our own proxy server without a BES. The application must allow for proxy authentication. We are open to modifying existing open source software if the designer requires this.
