blackberry pgp setup - open to bidding

Hi there

I need someone to set up and maintain virtual servers for Blackberry encrypted phones using Symantec PGP Universal Server and Blackberry Enterprise Server.

The blackberry handheld device needs to have the following IT Policies.

1. Microphone disabled

2. USB only functions as charger

3. GPS function disabled

4. Camera disabled

5. Remote wipe capabilities

6. Only PGP mail

i am looking for someone to setup the enviroment to run these blackberry devices so they can communicate only trough pgp mail, with required licensing and software and the whole setup that is required to run
