Blog designing & setting it up

I am looking for a creative, out of the box person who can design and setup my blog [url removed, login to view]

which is meant to attract investors who want to invest money by buying or taking on lease hospitals for the website [url removed, login to view]

The person should be well versed with what all templates, plugins, images to subscribe, content to subscribe and must have previous credentials of similar work done well.

Also write 2 blog posts/ month - writing, picturising it, publishing it, marketing it
