Bulk Email Delivery Service

We need to send at least 300.000 emails per day for the next couple of month. We are mainly interested in a solid bulk email solution that won’t shut us down due to complaints and bounces. We are CAN-SPAM compliant but most of our emails have been collected during the past 7 years, so we will likely have Spam complaints and bounces. Multiple, strong SMTP servers, a good number of reliable IP-addresses, domains in rotation, blacklist removal, full support and maintenance are a MUST. We don't want to deal with any technical issues.
