Data Storage Site

I need a site that I can integrate to my current site which allows me to do the following: -Create user name and password access to the folders in this site -Allow those users to download the files I have posted in those folders -I get notified once they download the files, at the same time, they receive notification when I post the files -Every user account would have access to the specific folder, however, I may want to designate more than one user account to have access to one folder ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to have it ready in a website ready platform
