Checklist for setting up a small business

We are looking to create a checklist stating key points for setting up a small business. The final document is designed to be a quick guide with clearly outlined information which new business owners can easily access. Bullet point format would be our desired style. Writers must be able to accurately research the setting up of small businesses and be able to transfer this information to a concise document (checklist style). Writers with a strong english literary background in the fields of business and research would be most appropriate for this project. The final checklist must be in Word Document Format.
