Dental Group Buying Business Plan/ Analysis

This project is a full scope project which involves redeveloping an IT Business Process diagram for a r of a current healthcare website. The business model is to design an interactive marketplace whereby consumers/patients can have their dental conditions diagnosed in a virtual setting through the utilization of a dental camera. There is an existing working model which I will point to for example once I determine a qualified candidate. Furthermore, the second component is to integrate and facilitate a 'network' of dental providers to bid on these procedures in a reverse auction format thus driving the prices of these procedures down. The ancillary component in place of a reverse auction would be to create a 'daily deal' where a certain procedure is featured each day in respective marketplaces at discounted pricing.
