Craigslist Posting Tool for Erotic Services ONLY

I need someone to create a desktop based windows application that will post ads on Craigslist. This program will need to load very quickly and you must understand craigslist to know how to make this. I need this to be VERY user-friendly and have some nice eye candy. Please see attached work document on the full overview of the software requirements. I have uploaded a zip file which contains a program we were using, but for some reason it says our posts failed every time we post. Maybe you can decode it and just fix it if that's easier, or at least follow the outline to create a newer and more user-friendly piece of software.
