Hello

I am looking for a talented programmer who can create a program that will decompile MetaTrader 4 .ex4 files. The program should be Windows based running on XP or Vista and will simply have a GUI that asks for the .ex4 file location and outputs the decompiled .mq4 file, or linux commandline program. That can be edited in MetaEditor 4 and recompiled. The program must be able to work offline with no internet or network access.

I have uploaded [url removed, login to view] compiled file, you can then send me the mq4.

I would be prepared to pay between $50 to $150 for the finished program+SOURCE.

I will only pay for a working program so no time wasters please.
