Custome Joomla Template Design

I am going to launch new Live and On Demand video site and planned to use Joomla for this website. So I need custom Joomla template which should look like [login to view URL] frontend and navigation (because For Live TV I am using Windows Media and for Ondemand I am using FLASH player)

So if you had good experience in developing Joomla templates, please respond ASAP.

Also please send your sample templates that you created if you had. And I will give detailed project description once I am satisfied with your templates.
