I need a very small program that handle printing to pre-defined local printer/paper with configurable file extension (example: txt)
Program will setup into windows XP and setting printer to use. When I open website and click to download file, if file extension associated it will open this program then print to pre-defined printer (without any window box appear). Just like PDF when IE sent dot-pdf extension it will automatic open Acrobat but this is another kind of file extension plus it have to print it immediatly.
file format is generic text file that can read by notepad. If you have idea to make it pretty by with bold/underline/italic is very good but for now this is just optional.

Much easier is to check clipboard for links with .txt extension. This will work from any browser.
By subclassing or hooking the IE API and Interface you can do this easily. I am a windows hook expert, I can do this easily. You can try me out on this.
this can be done easily in visual basic using windows' printing interfaces.. i have done a similar project before.. will you let me try it?
