Blogger.com/Blogspot.com URL Harvester and Comment Poster

I am looking to have a program made that will both harvest [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] created blogs BY KEYWORD, and have the ability to post comments to the harvested URL's. The software shall be similar to: [login to view URL] But should ONLY post to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] created programs. Google is the only search engine required to be used to harvest the URLs. Must also feature the following: Definitive Timeout setting to make sure the application never "Hangs" Multi threading Google timeframe for finding only the freshest of blog posts Remove duplicate blogs and domains so you never comment on the same domain twice in a row! I need to be able to post the required info(fill it in each time manually) Name email comment word verification(manual type in is fine) Choose an identity(Input multiple login ID's) A WORKING COPY MUST BE OPERATIONAL BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE.
