C++/Delphi Games Creator Needed

Hello, I think this is the perfect project for me. I work with Delphi and OpenGL and have decent expirience in 3d graphics. For some time I have been developing a 3d engine including static and dynamic lighting; space partitioning, various file type loaders; level editor; multiplayer using the both TCP and UDP protocols; particle systems(fire, smoke, fountain(can be modified into a stream of anything - water, fire, blood, etc.)); complex multitexture management; collision and physics(using the Newton Game Dynamics); bumpmapped water; loading animated objects;. I think of using my engine in this project as it will save much time and work. I have experience in eye candy 3d graphics(like first/3rd person games) but can apply my knowledge to a strategy game easily.
