A SIMPLE Messanger in VB6

Hello, We want a messanger, a complete stand alone messagner has nothing to do with any messsanger exist. this messanger will be very simple, with complete different features ( features are little strange : ) . here are the features : Users of the messenger added by main admin of the software ONLY Users of the messenger can NOT add to their list other users/friends…. What ever. Users can NOT delete other users in their list Users can hide from other users in their list Users of the messenger classified with 2 types A, and B A can see B , B can see A A can not see A, B can not see B Also these 2 types have sub classification, like family friends, relatives..etc. A, and B can also be in one or more of these sub classifications, this decided by the software admin. ---------------- should be installable in all windows os prefered codes with vb6 need a simple demo first, bid without demo sample will be ignored budget is very low thanks,
