Diagram Viewer

PLEASE NOTE: I had another programmer working on this but for some reason he was unable to complete the task. The project is 90% complete and I have the full source code. The outstanding items are listed at the bottom in the attached document. ----------------------------------- I need a fairly simple program for displaying a diagram of programming code and allowing the user to perform several basic functions with the diagram. The program reads data from an XML file and then displays the data in a diagram using an ActiveX component called FlowChartX. The user can then perform several simple functions, for example print, export or save. The ActiveX component is powerful and many of the functions in the program are simple calls to the built in methods of the control. For example functions such as print preview, exporting and saving are all built in and only require simple calls. The main work is reading data from the XML file and then making calls to the ActiveX control to draw boxes and lines based on the data. The program should be a stand-alone executable developed using Visual C++. No .Net code can be used. View the attached document for full details of the project. I need full source code for the project and it needs to be completed by December 14th 2008. This is important, if you can't meet this deadline then don't put in a bid. Give me your best fixed price for this project.
