Dictionary application hd and server

We need a very professional C++ programmer to work on a dictionary program that works with datafiles on hard disk, but now this should be extended to having the datafiles on server, making Add-In’s for Explorer, Word, etc. There are approx. 50 different dictionaries, so we need good installation program, code system, automatic updating to hard-disk. For the right person/company this is a long-term job, as this is a continuing development. We have already been in business for 20 years.
