A very simple EA to create pending orders and to open / close trades on MT4 platform

I need an expert to create for me a simple EA that runs on MT4 platforms. The main thing that the EA will do is to open pending orders according to stipulated conditions and to open / close trades as required. This is a very simple project to implement and should take no more than 3 days to code if you are a real expert in this area. If it turns out well, there could be other projects of similar nature for the right candidate. Details will be sent to the shortlisted bidders. Include the words "Simple EA" in your bid.
