Diablo II Program to Import Items From Open to Closed BNET

I'm looking for a program for the videogame Diablo II, that can import items from Open [login to view URL] (it's a mode that shares the singleplayer with the multiplayer, so where it's easy to hack and create items and It's hosted by the players) to Closed [login to view URL] (it's multiplayer only, hard to hack, servers are hosted by [login to view URL]) I can provide download for diablo 2 and diablo 2 expantion, with working cd keys. So what this program needs to do is that it can convert an item from open [login to view URL] to closed battle.net. The items imported mustn't vanish on closed [login to view URL] (there is a system that all items with same hidden ID vanish, so this needs to be avoided). It needs to work on the new patch (1.13). There should easily be a way to do this, since there are a lot of diablo shops that sell imported items. There was an old method but it is fixed now, and as far as I know it was based on sending packets so that an open bnet char could join a closed bnet game.
