ActiveX Streaming Music Player with built-in DES Encryption

I need an MP3 player that is an ActiveX control and which streams content from a single location (server). JAVA is also a possibility. My main goal is to have the desired functionality that is cross-platform. Normally players will download the MP3 to a 'secret' location on the HDD as temporary files, but those 'secret' locations are easily found and exploitable, resulting the easy copying of the MP3. Instead, I want this player to have built-in triple-DES encryption so that when it downloads the MP3 file, which will be encrypted (so I need a self-standing encryptor, too), it is able to read and play the MP3 file (ideally, streaming). The files should thus not be stored in a temporary directory, but can be stored somewhere intuitive on the user's HDD. This needs to be cross-platform (Win, Mac, Linux) and work within the user's browser, just as normal ActiveX controls do. The look of the player should be skinnable so I can customize/change the look of it. It should also feature a playlist of up to 25 items (scrolling). The player also needs built-in authentication (connecting to my website for an HTTP query to verify credentials).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
