Covert Flash Space Ship Game AS2 into AS3. - repost

Hi I've a space ship game in flash action script 2 but I want someone to convert this game into action script 3 without using any external language like greensock and other. I want really simple and basic coding. Also want a well come screen for this game Like "Start" and on the game over screen I want 1 more button called Replay. Plz find the attach game file. I want this in 4 hour.
