Application starts only with USB DONGLE - Reverse Engineering

A software on windows xp which is called Xentry starts only when a USB Dongle is plugged in. See attached pictures. Can you log in with teamviewer to my pc and check ? I bought the whole HDD where everything is installed on it already. The USB Dongle came with it and i can only start the programm when the DONGLE is plugged in. I want to emulate the dump of the original USB Dongle so i can use the programm on any pc. Can someone help please ? It is really urgent. Thanks very much in advance. I have other projects as well.
