advertisement plugin for IE / Firefox / Chrome / Opera

For this project I would need a silent installer exe wich act like "loudmo contextual ad assistant". Once installed on the customer computer it should not be possible to uninstall it under control panel of windows or addon panel of IE / Firefox / Chrome and Opera What this plugin is supposed to do is to show an ad (not a popup) after customer visit X number of webpage. Check out this picture for the ad placement exemple: [login to view URL] The plugin must show at the botom a bar with the text: "Skip this ad" to let the user skip the ad . I will request a review copy (compiledexe / not source code) before releasing any payment. Once all will be ok I will send you payment and you send me soure code to complete the transaction. Requirements: - need review copy unless I'm satisfied - I need to be able to change the "page counter" before loading the ad (at least in source code) - application need to be silent on installation - user must not be able to uninstall application into control panel or into plugin panel - application must work with IE 6/7/8, Firefox 3.x, Opera 9.x / 10.x / 11.x and Chrome (all version) Please only bid if you know what you do.
