Data Recovery Clone(repost)

Need a clone made of a basic data recovery program. (Recuva) should be furnished in a compiled state with generic GUI. Program should also be furnished uncompiled in source code. We want a basic Recuva clone. This would include all of the current file recovery ability of Recuva along with an improved graphic user interface (GUI). We want this program to support Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. The program should work with both FAT32 and NTFS on hard drives and any connected digital media such as SD cards, USB flash drives and external hard drives. The GUI of Recuva is a slight set of variations on basic Windows Shells. It is the functionality of Recuva I want cloned. Then I want the GUI to be more dynamic. (Better looking) The first part of the project is creation of the Windows OS data recovery Recuva Clone in C#, C++ or VB.NET. This should include the "wizard" part of Recuva. Modifications to the Recuva clone will include removal and separation of file shredder function to become a separate application. This would be something along the lines of a browse so as to select and therefore choose to shred. (after warning) We want a specific version of the Recuva clone aimed at digital photo recovery, including recovery of camera raw files, as specified on a given list of camera manufacturers. The second phase is a separate Photo data recovery version for Windows that recognizes RAW camera files as well as standard JPG, GIF, TIFF, etc. Once again we need an attractive GUI that basically matches phase one with emphasis on photo preview.
