create EXE file that adds a path variable to system

Hello, this is a simple project that I don't know how to do - add a path in windows, and remove it again. The registry key is \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment\Path 2 tasks - Create an exe that opens a text file, reads each line, scans the registry for each string, then adds it to the registry "PATH" key if it isnt there. Create a second exe that reads same text file, removes paths from registry. The EXEs should run silently. No prompts. Assume the text file is in the same directory as [login to view URL] To prove that you actually read the description, please include the word TOAST in your bid. I have included a sample text file. basically, do this, [login to view URL] and make it reversible.
