com plugin for outlook

This plugin will consist of a button on the main toolbar in outlook as well as inside the window on the toolbar of the open message. The plugin will save the selected messages in the inbox or in the open window as a .msg (unicode) with attachments to a specified directory and call a createprocess function for a stub .exe program (i will provide the stub). The call to the createprocess will pass in as a parameter the names of the files saved. This needs to be compiled for x32 and x64. I will need a setup program for nsinstaller.
