C++ expert, wrapping an existing application into a .net library

The goal is to make a SIP Client soft phone SDK ! To make this easy from the beginning? the project consists in taking an already made open source project, and pack the functionality that is already there into a reusable component that will be used to make softphones/sip clients using the .Net environment. ? Organize the source code onto a single solution containing the different projects in a VS2010 solution ? Our development environment is and will be vs2010, so the first task is to download ALL the source code of the application in question and take the code you need and organize it into a single solution. ? ALL the code to be able to compile the end result should be included in this solution and when testing or releasing any code, there will not be any external libraries linked to this solution. if there is any other library that the project is based on then the source code from that library should be downloaded and organized into the solution as well. ? 2. Make a reusable component that will have ALL the functionality and features of the softphone referred too above. basically we are removing the GUI from the softphone above and we are making a library that can be used to add the softhpone functionality to a .net application. with ease. ? The deliverables will be a .Net component that has the softphone functionality and a winform application as a sample that will implement the functionality of the component and can be use as a softphone for a POC (proof of concept)
