Hello, just a brief introduction, my name is Simon, and I am the director of CYBER-GUARD ENTERPRISE LTD incorporated in the UK. We specialize in web security, data processing etc., and you can see a few of the projects we've done on the freelancer profile. In terms of the project, I think I found a way to list all the currently initiated bankruptcies on the gov website, so it then just would be a matter of scraping all the names, and then checking every day for new entries against a database stored somewhere. Of course there are several technology related specifics that would need to be worked out (which would also affect the price of the project, which at this stage is really just a guess...), but everything taken into account, this seems like a fairly straight forward project. I went through your website and i already had an experience in crawling different websites. i can provide you a java based code which you can run from your local machine which will get all the required data from the website and dumps it into some csv/text file or into some db. Before that i would like to ask few questions. As i have to search everything by name, do you have a list of existing names? If not, what do you mean by 'which can search by every possible name'?
