Client Upload to my ftyp

I need customers to send me files to my ftp. I'd love to have a subdomain, where my customers can access to their account (with user and pass that I do provide and they can change later). Upload window must have my logo and my company contact info. It should be as simple as possible such as: 1.- log in (user and ass) 2.- search file(or files), in local computer, and send
