Compile PycURL from source on Windows producing installer

I am being effected by a bug in the c-ares dependency of PyCurl. The current version used in the latest official build is c-ares/1.10.0 and the fix in c-ares/1.11.0.

Are you happy wielding a Microsoft compiler? Not scared by compiling something from source? Can you follow instructions? If so this is totally the job for you. There are even instructions and a build script!

Our python project is currently using the latest build of PycURL on Windows as follows.

The scripts which make the official binaries for distribution are opensource. Examples of their output is [login to view URL]

The project deliverable is a installer like the ones found at [login to view URL] which works with Python 3.4 (32bit install) which install PycURL with the required dependencies at the following software versions.

PycURL/7.43.0

libcurl/7.47.0

OpenSSL/1.0.2f

zlib/1.2.8

libssh2/1.6.0

c-ares/1.11.0 (which is the only thing different from the official build)

I don't particularly mind if libcurl/openssl/zlib/libssh2 are new versions provided these are stable release and everything works.

We only really need one working installer and the project will be a success without this but there's 25% extra on top of your winning bid if you can produce a second build with the following variants.

c-ares at version 1.12.0.

OpenSSL at the latest stable.

libcurl at the latest stable.
