Convert VBA/Excel code to C or other fast language

I have just completed a VBA To API project using Toggl and I also run my own VBA get and POST processes via PHP and Python to access the Xero API. I am happy to recode your calls into PHP or Python but would strongly suggest I have a careful review of your VBA code first. Timing issues may come from your local network or firewall or the setup of your PC. There is no inherent reason for a VBA HTTP POST to be slow. Happy to discuss. I do not quote silly deadlines.
