Create a HEX file for a PIC12F675 that will normally close/open 4 relays everytime the IR sensor which we use is VS1838B instead of TSOP1738, senses a Infrared signal. Each relay have it's respective button on the IR remote.

For NEC Remote I have the code ready. But cannot offer within $30. I even have dimming code on the same PIC12F675. So can tweak and compile into a hex (deliverable)
