Programming in C# programming for Multicharts/Tradestation

I´m looking programmer that could to create trading strategy in C# programming for Multicharts.Net. It´s strategy with easy entries and exits and with several terms for entries and exits. Otherwise it should have standard functions that are stated below: Term for entry and exit (More information if we make a deal) Takeprofit Stoploss Function of opening of cover position if new signal is generated - (Optioned) Closing a opened position if new cover position was opened - (Optioned) Moving of Stoploss if any position (Buy/Sell) was opened - (Optioned) Ability to leave a set protective Stoploss if cover position was opened in same day - (Optioned) Number of opened positions Size of lots for Long and for Short position Number of trades 1 or 2 per day on basic of one signal Ability to trade only Long or Short position or both positions Ability to use strategy for all Timeframes (testing and trading) Ability to set Time of trading (testing and trading) for all Timeframes - (Optioned) Some functions are optioned due of backtests of strategy in several of combinations.
