Hi sir, I can do this program using .Net windows application so, the form will contain two select files (New , Old or Valid) and button for processing and the output will be another text file with new Column As the Status of Record (New added properties, missed properties, area changes, description changes) and also , display the result in Tabular Format (DataGrid). I can give a small utility like application which will work like "click and run" type. No installation will be required. I will develop it in C for the maximum speed with minimum size and will work without any 3rd Party dependencies. It will have two source select option and the result will be saved into another file in same format. I am assuming the header will remain same on both these CSV files. Dear client, I have two questions about the file structure: - what fields are used to identify a real estate property (if a record in file Valid has the same values in these fields as another record in file New, then both records represent the same real estate property)? - what fields are used to store the details of a real estate property (if a real estate property is found in both files and the value of a detail field is different, then report detail changed/added/removed)? Detail unchanged: detail field has the same value in both files. Detail changed: detail field is not empty in both files, but each file holds a different value. Detail added: detail field empty in older file, but not empty in newer file. Detail removed: detail field not empty in older file, but empty in newer file. A simple text comparison of the two files shows that the value of the field "Plotas, m²" is changed in New file for some of the records. I assume that the fields "Pastato kodas", "Salės kodas", "Aukštas" and "Ploto kodas" are the ones that identify the property and the fields "Plotas, m²", "Nuomojamas", "Nenuomojamas", "Nenuomotinas", "Praadžios data" and "Pabaigos data" are property details. I don't want your money, i just want to help you. So i just offer you 2 free solutions to this: 1. Winmerge 2. Kdiff Both of them are free apps, and can be used to show and highlight differences in text files. I used Winmerge for longer time, but it seems that kdiff is better. I've put a minimum bid on this project, just because i had to do it so i can answer you. good luck, m. If not satisfied with these apps and want something different, feel free to contact me.
