Regarding the API functionality: is it expected to control the IP camera itself or manage the resultant image(s)? If you could provide any additional project details that would be great. Anything that you might pass along I will review and provide comment/feedback. Hopefully this will give you additional insight as to my skill set and competency thus making your staffing decision easier. I have significant experience with C#, VB.NET, Visual Studio and MS SQL Server. I use VS2008, VS2010 and VS2012 on a regular basis.
