We need a good analyst developer to develop database and web-services from XML data flow. Some associated HTML pages are required for testing, good knowledge of .NET is required. Requirements: - Analyse documents (about 5 documents of 30 pages) - Build Database from our own strict requirements (10 tables) - Build REST-Services associated to API functions (25 functions) - Handle any error system - Retroactive functions in a windows schedule services on temporary non-access of the API You work in our monitored environment. We need a good analyst with long experiences with XML and SQL Server Stored Procedures. Skills: - SQL Server 2008 R2 stored procedures (at least 5 years) with good knowledge on bulk-load - C# / .NET (at least 5 years) - XML/Xpath - REST Services (at least 3 years) - Good writer on technical documentation - Good skill in coding with good naming convention - Good assistance after delivery NO UPFRONT!! Milestones can be given on progress of the work and discussions. Milestones are refused if non-guarantee of the achievement of the work. People who just send automatics answers or non-understanding of the project are immediately rejected. Description & details will be given to you afterwards after agreement.

Hi, I'd like to help you on this. My understanding is you get data coming in (xml) that needs to be loaded into a SQL database that is then to be exposed via REST-ful WCF web services. You mention it's about 10 tables (I assume you'll provide the data model/db design, if not we can analyse and design it) and about 25 functions are expected to have to be exposed - along with authentication (and authorization?) as well as proper logging etc. We're a small team (3) and can tackle this A-Z, analyzing all requirements, doing scoping, architectural design, implementation, helping you go live with it and providing assistance post-go-live. Also I use WebAPI to create RESTFull apis. I have build in the past few project with XPath and use XQuery in T-SQL when processing XML-data.
