Desarrollar software

I need fix two file mq4 with syntax error. and I need 100% full working with the last version of MT4. this mq4, is source and target, source is install in MT4, and this make a csv file with all order created, and another MT4 with target installed, read that file and make the same order. is a mt4 copier I attach the two file, for some one who really know mq4 programming, I will not take more that 2 hours to fix.
