Develop three reports rdlc

I need to develop three reports using reporting services, reports will be used locally. Not be used on a remote server nor referenced by url.
This should be developed using:
Visual Studio 2013.
Framework 4.0
Report viewer 11.0
Report Viewer must be intallesd using Nudget. [login to view URL]
No use msi.
My client should be able to view reports from visual studio without installing any software.
Any assembly must be referenced from the bin of the project, not the GAC.
I will give a database for development and give the field mapping (database to report)
Also Report layout (no more 5-10 fields)
The web page containing the report does not require any kind of design or style, is a flat web page, but must be separate for each report.
Reports contain no graphics or images, only grouping of results and function agregate (Sum) by each group.
