Need a coder who can use a commercial DLL to make a Powerpoint type software that opens PPT and PPTX files exposing som eof the settings of the animations in the files that users can cusomize.

The software will then allow the user to add pptx files by slide (including animations) so it would allow to browse to a PPTx and select pages from it or the whole file to use, and effectively mix and match - then edit and export as a movie
