Scope to create automated process of converting nominated email to various CSV files based on selection and email out to external users. The workflow is as follows; 0. Check for new email on Exchange server ever X mins. ( EWS/IMAP/POP) no outlook dependencies. [login to view URL] email from Exchange server - This would be dedicated email accounts that we control. 2. Grab the email body contents -This comprises of a html table with 2 columns and 10-15 rows. The 1st column is the headings eg JobNumber and 2nd is the data eg IPD123456. 3. Ability to select and save required fields from email body contents and export to defined CSV file ( 2 rows only , headings 1st row and data second comma delimited) 4. Select, save and send to external user email the attached CSV file with email Subject been defined from body content selection eg JobNumber.:IPD123456. 5. Delete email from exchange server as per No.1 The windows form would be executed only for manipulation of settings and can be stored in SQL database or xml file. Execution to check for new email can occur via task manager or process. If bulk of code can be written to DLL file that would make life easier long term. Need to keep within defined budget and would appreciate not to hear any \"personal financial problems or attempt to re negotiation as scope of work has been defined.

Hi, I am familiar with reading the email contents and sending mail from the exchange server by using Protocol like IMAP/POP. The scope of this project is to read the email contents for every x minutes. Read the body content html tables and generate CSV file. Sent the email to specific email ids by attaching the CSV file along with subject as JobNumber.:IPD123456. After sending email delete the email from the exchange server. I can save the user settings in the xml file. I will be able to accomplish all the work in the project and meet your expectations. Looking forward to work with you. Waiting for your reply.
