Create the shell containing MainWindow, one window with controls and one blank window. The application must be monitor resolution independent. The Application exists in VB.Net in unfinished state. I provide 4 screen shots to show how it appears on different monitor resolutions. Names of files ontain monitor resolutions.
Click on one of the tabs on the left should switch between window with controls and blank window.
I have not finished VB.Net desktop application written by the programmer who doesn't work with us anymore.
I would like to get the sample created in both WPF C# and VB.Net. Requirements:
1. Totally monitor resolution independent - not only locations of controls should be similar on any resolution, but fonts and sizes of controls should resize depending on the monitor resolution. See attached screen shots. Names of file contain monitor resolutions.
2. The project should contain 1 shell window with either buttons or with tab control, one window with controls (labels, text boxes, at least one multicolumn combobox populated with data), and one window without controls just to show navigation ability. Compare 4 first screen shots with the fifth one to see how windows are switching and how buttons (tabs) behave.
3. At the start the window with controls should be displayed inside of main window and the first button (tab) should be selected, click on another button (tab) should unload the first window and load the second (blank) window. Click on the first button (tab) should hide the blank window and display the window with controls
4. The code behind should be presented in both C# and VB.Net
5. The interface should have fancy design such as coloring, gradients etc.
The app is full screen. My request is creation the sample from the scratch where each control occupies the same part of the screen on any resolution, for instance if the text box has the height = 1/40 of the height of the screen and width = 1/10 of the width of the screen on let's say 1024X768, the same text box should have the width = 1/10 and height = 1/40 of the screen dimension on any other screen resolution. Fonts should change accordingly. In case of resizing the window manually by user the same proportional changes of controls sizes and fonts shoud occur.
