CMS customisation

Please review the file attached with this project posting. We started up with getting the site developed, however, it was left half way through. We would like to have an experienced and skilful professional to integrate the template in a simple CMS, which has multiple language option, flexibility to change the photos/content on the menu as well as inside. We should be able to place the link in the contents to take the visitor to the defined website for more information or eshopping. If you have questions, please post your notes. Thanks
