Combine two MQ4 Indicators into one

I will need the attached two Indicators combined into one single indicator. This will be a 5 minute trade indicator. Here's how it will work: The PZ Binary Options Indicator displays Bull and Bear strength numbers for each and every 5 minute candlestick. The SMA Cross Over alert displays Buy and Sell Arrows. When combining these indicators, I'd only like to receive a Buy or Sell arrow when the following conditions are met: PZ Binary Options shows ANY number higher than 39 on top of a candle, and when SMA would display a Buy Arrow on that same candle OR PZ Binary Options shows ANY number higher than 39 below a candle, and when SMA would display a Sell Arrow on that same candle Under the Inputs for this indicator, I'll need the following available options: Sound and Display Alert- True/False AND An option to adjust the threshold of the price action within each candle. This would be a free text box where I could adjust the threshold below the "39" mentioned above if I chose. The default settings would be higher than 39 as described above however. AND The ability to adjust the SMA settings as they are currently in the SMA Cross Over input Fast MA Period, Slow MA Period, Signal Period, however the defaults for these need to be 1/15/5 respectively. All current color adjustment settings for both indicators I would need available in this new indicator as well. Please see the attached screen shot of how I wish this indicator to look and work according to the default settings of Buy with any number greater than 39 on top, and Sell with any number greater than 39 on bottom.
