Hello. we need sevral tweaks and customizations.
provide a quote with a breakdown of costs for all requirements,

our business involves receiving applications for an account with us, via webform.
applicant usually sends us documents that we usually email to a third party for approval.
1. Webform integration with CRM.
A user will fill out an application for an account with us on a webform at

(the submitted data should create a lead or contact. and auto-create a trouble ticket. called Application ID#)

2. i need a upload documents field in the webform. with a picklist of doument type.
should be saved in documents of the created record.
3. Documents module.
need to have a pick list for document type.
---1 need an upload and delete documents via the customer portal. (not just view).
---2 the sales person and contact himself (via customer portal) should be able to set the document type from picklist
---3 need function to select all or several documents from any document box and email them it to a third party contact or contact group. and auto insert to the subject line $company-name$ , ticket number or account number
---4 need a button to save email attachments directly to document box of related lead/contact record assosiated with email address
Email scan and associate.
it should automatically associate all emails with that have
case/ticket number account number, or company name in the subject
to the related lead/customer/account associated with that has that case number regardless of sender email address.
record comments.
we need to duplicate the trouble ticket functionality into all records types.
so all emails, responses from all parties should show as comments. and email attachments should be saved in document box (just like in trouble ticket module)
so, all communication relating to that case#, ticket # or "company name"
should be viewable in the comments and email modules of the record. regardless of sender
the list columns should contain the
"from"(who sent),
progress-stage during the communication.
we need to collaborate details, tickets and documents of an account. with a third party for approval
the third party is a contact listed as partner. but is not a login user of our CRM.
and allow him viewing of a contact/account details as well as
view documents, write comments, write comments on a support ticket,
using a url that does not require login.
the sales agent should be able to click a collaborate button to email this link to the partner contact.
the account# or case# and the "company name" should be in the subject.
