Hi, This project looks pretty familiar for me. I've already set up Zoho CRM (also enterprise edition) in my company CapitalPitch and manage it all. First we will need to see what do you want to be your lead and potential. We will then make sure that every potential is link to a contact by matching the fields. And match those potential to an organisations (account). I see that you want to use Ring central to make calls and trigger SMS. Just wondering if you already have an account because I've tried to set it up for my company and they are very slow to create an account. I've personally link our Zoho CRM with Twilio which is pretty good. However I am happy to set up Ring Central for you. Once we are happy with all the configuration I am happy to work with you on the workflow. I've currently create many automation workflow that in one part create tasks for the team, in order to ensure that every customer is taking care of. But also email automation to nurture the client. This can be done by email, but also SMS, I currently use Clickatell for the SMS alert which is one of the cheapest. For the forms I use Typeform which have great design of forms, I link those to Zoho using Zapier that capture directly the contact/lead/potential into the CRM.
