Css designer needed (link styles)

I need a designer/ css person to put together 25 popular link styles for me on a single page. A link style is the treamtment you do the <a href tag to make it look like a link. here are some examples of what i want <[login to view URL]> i want you to put together some complete thoughts around regular state of the link hover state off site links and how to treat them (inline graphic) already clicked link the end result is that i would have some article of examples like you see often on the web like this <[login to view URL]> or <[login to view URL]> if you are a web designer or information architect you will know what exactly im looking for, solid line, dashed line, dotted line. color change on hover. show a icon for offsite links..all the problems we typically run into. now for how you get to 25 that might take some research around the net for different styles that are pretty popular. please list references of where you got the idea so i can cite them in my article. At the end of this assignment i will want a html file (using my attached style ) a css file, tested in all browsers (ie6-8) ff2-3 safari and opera. I will also want cited places from where you got the idea from. like cnet, 37 signals, nettuts etc.. Note: this is not a test to see if you can write css, i really need well thought out styles that really look good to an end user without being obtrusive.
