Hello We want a Psd design to be converted in responsive html5 / css3 using bootstrap 3..Please check the jpg... At the end you must return the by making it a complete folder... We want this converted within 2 days...Parallax scrolling will be great.. Waiting for your bids..Budget is $20-$30.. This will be for one HTML page coded according to the mockup you provided with Parallax effect for the background images using Bootstrap. This will be compatible with the current versions of Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Safari. Will not include video player functionality. Message me to discuss in detail.
