Create Shopify Theme from HTML Theme

I currently have a wordpress ecommerce store: boardshorts (dot) com. I would like to move the site to shopify and I have the original html theme files that I would like someone to use to convert to a shopify theme. It's a definite bonus if you can make it responsive. Also the refine results will likely need some custom coding so if you can do that, it would be great, but not necessary as I can hire someone else to do that part. In the bid please let me know if you will do responsive as well as if you will do the custom code for refining results on the products page.
