convert eshot to HTML5/CSS3 with links to google fonts

We have a number of 'eshots' (webpages) that we have designed and put together in a very old HTML application (golive). These webpages do not always render correctly on ipads, kindles or some email apps. What we need is for these eshot templates to be re-written in HTML5 and CSS and to have a number of google fonts linked into the CSS.

Ideally we would like the new code to be well documented to allow us to easily add additional rows of information. For example:

If you rebuilt this page for us, you would make it easy to use a number of google hosted fonts in the text instead of the defaults we have. You would also make it easy for use to add additional rows, perhaps with different colours - and yes we would be using a text editor as we do have some HTML CSS knowledge, we just dont have the level of knowledge or time required to do this.

What would be even better, would be for these files to also be supplied as Google Web Designer files (currently in beta) which would give us a nice graphical interface to build on the files you would supply.

This project is to give us (ideally) google web designer AND html5 files (with good comments in the code) for:

The files would have some predefined styles for us to use, but NO graphics or images are required as we do all those.
