Advanced Javascript, CSS, HTML5

I have a long term project that involves Jquery, css, html work, much of it is html5 canvas drawing, a localStorage file system, and other advanced javascript work. This project would require about 20 hours per week, and last for minimum 5 months ... i will need to review your work each week, and create more specifications for the next week. This would become a new module in an already successful application, and it is critical to understand the specifications correctly and work with me to get things to work correctly. Please let me know if you have ever programmed a drawing application before, either in Java or Javascript .. this application heavily uses the html5 canvas .. You will not need to create an entire website, or application .. there is an empty tab in my existing application, and you will program into a DIV that is already there .. in there you will create a html5 canvas, and write the code for all the drawing operations ... i will explain in more detail if you are interested, and my company requires you to sign an NDA and non-compete agreement before beginning work.
